Reaching the milestone together

On 10 October, the entire team from our Neuss headquarters was invited to Netphen, in order to celebrate the completion of the new production hall. This milestone was celebrated together with speeches by the management, a barbecue buffet and exciting guided tours of the production facility. A symbolic highlight was the planting of an apple tree – a sign of our sustainable growth and our future plans.

"Maybe we'll soon be producing our own blue BEKO TECHNOLOGIES apple juice here!" - With a wink and a spade in his hand, Yannick Koch, one of our Managing Directors, made this joking allusion to our company color when he planted a small apple tree in front of the new production hall together with his colleagues Sascha Niederhagen and Norbert Strack. This gesture symbolized the growth and future of BEKO TECHNOLOGIES. In addition to this tree, 50 more fruit trees will be planted on the site.

The employee day on October 10 offered our team from Neuss the first opportunity to experience the ultra-modern production hall in Netphen in person. After we had often reported on it in recent months, the new hall was finally within everyone's grasp.

"This building has come at exactly the right time. The growth is already there, and the new hall creates the capacity that was lacking at the old site - an important investment in the future."

Norbert Strack, Co-CEO and CTO BEKO TECHNOLOGIES

Full of anticipation and in high spirits, we set off on the coach to Siegerland at midday. The relaxed conversations and cheerful mood during the journey created a great atmosphere right from the start. Upon arrival, our managing directors greeted the staff with motivating words in which they emphasized both the impressive construction progress and the importance of the new production hall for the future.

The new hall not only enables an expansion of capacities, but also supports sustainable production, as the photovoltaic system on the roof supplies the entire building with green electricity.

"We have managed to complete this state-of-the-art production hall in record time - thanks to the outstanding cooperation of everyone involved. Our special thanks go to our partners and the entire team, who showed total commitment during the planning and construction phase and made the smooth relocation and successful commissioning possible."

Yannick Koch, Co-CEO and CFO BEKO TECHNOLOGIES

A delicious barbecue buffet provided the perfect refreshment before things got really exciting: Divided into groups, we were guided through the impressive 5,000 m² hall, where we were able to see the production of our EVERDRY adsorption dryers and the large CLEARPOINT filters in action. These products play a central role in compressed air treatment and are used in numerous industries.

Our colleagues Stefan Müther, Jürgen Hütter and Oliver Kleikamp expertly guided the groups through the impressive production hall. Many thanks for these exciting insights into technology and logistics!

"We want to continue growing, expand our team, and further develop the company together – all of you are the foundation for this. Look around: none of this would be possible without you. For that, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!"

Sascha Niederhagen, Co-CEO and CSO BEKO TECHNOLOGIES

Another highlight was the local showroom, which illustrates the entire compressed air treatment process chain. Here, everyone was able to experience at first hand how our technologies - from filtering to drying, including condensate technology and quality measurement - work together.

Special thanks go to our management, who made it possible for the employees to visit the hall together. We were very lucky that particularly large dryers were being produced at the time. One colleague summed it up aptly:

"It's really impressive to see it live and not just in photos. The dryers are really huge!"

After an eventful day, everyone made their way back to Neuss in the evening. The community day was a wonderful opportunity to experience the cohesion and team spirit that characterizes BEKO TECHNOLOGIES. Many thanks to the organization team as well as the employees on site in Netphen, who made this day unforgettable.

The new production hall is not only a symbol of technological progress and growth, but also of the commitment and passion of our entire team. We look forward to many successful years in Netphen - perhaps really with our own apple juice!
