CLEARPOINT® H compressed air heater
Condensate and icing up can considerably impair the process safety and economics of compressed air systems. Condensate in the pipework systems, caused by cooling down of the compressed air, leads to increased wear as well as malfunctions and fluctuating product quality. This is where the CLEARPOINT H compressed-air heater comes into its own.
For additional process safety and optimum operating conditions
Rapidly relieved compressed air results in expansion cooling. This can lead to icing up of valves and regulating fixtures, which then endanger process safety. Comfort restrictions for respiratory air and dental applications are also possible. CLEARPOINT® H compressed-air heaters warm up the compressed air to the temperatur needed by the application. Temeprature is adjustable form +30 to + 60 °C, thus allowing best operating conditions at the the final point of use.
Temperature at the compressed air outlet depending on the volume flow at +20 °C inlet temperature.
At other input temperatures, the curve shifts analogously. The maximum outlet temperature is limited to 60 ° C.
